I sent 50 cold emails to strangers before I got my first illustration client. Zero results. πŸ’€

Then I sent ONE casual message to an acquaintance I'd worked with before. Four projects later, here we are.

I made every portfolio mistake in the book. πŸ˜…

For years, my portfolio had 60+ pieces. Every style I'd ever tried. Work from my early days that didn't represent me anymore. Projects I wasn't even proud of.
