I sent 50 cold emails to strangers before I got my first illustration client. Zero results. 💀

Then I sent ONE casual message to an acquaintance I'd worked with before. Four projects later, here we are.

The big difference? TRUST. They already knew

I made every portfolio mistake in the book. 😅

For years, my portfolio had 60+ pieces. Every style I'd ever tried. Work from my early days that didn't represent me anymore. Projects I wasn't even proud of.

I spent 10 years being forgettable because I was too versatile. 😅

The creative industry doesn't reward people who can do everything—it rewards people who do ONE THING exceptionally well.
